Payment Policies

Because we are required to plan to have staff present based on expected attendance, payment is due for all agreed upon hours, whether your child is here or not.  Enrolling your child reserves a spot for him/her.  


Invoices are prepared every two weeks and are due upon receipt.


Each family is allowed two weeks per year of tuition free vacation time to be arranged in advance. We discourage families from using vacation time to cover sick days.


If you choose to withdraw enrollment for your child, a two week notice is expected.

Checks are fine. Make it out to "A Child's Place" and please write the invoice number in the comment line.
